The word 敵 ('teki') means "enemy." There isn't actually a word for "nemesis," as it's the name of a Greek Goddess (Νέμεσις) which has come to be synonymous with 'arch-enemy' in English. Japanese translations for "archenemy" include:
大敵 ('taiteki' lit. "great enemy")
勁敵 ('keiteki' lit. "powerful enemy")
強敵 ('kyouteki' lit. "strong enemy")
勍敵 ('keiteki' lit. "mighty enemy")
The Japanese word for "Nemesis" is ネメシス ('nemeshisu', but that refers to the Goddess and isn't synonymous with 'archenemy' in Japanese.
