Cool. I'll pick them up since all you guys had no issues. My first Monsterbots.

Mine was fine too, save for some "How-ya-goin" factory sticker placement & one of the limb-bots slipping slightly under the strain of weight from the Gestalt in leg-mode, but otherwise it was/is great.

For just $30 for six Gen1 toys that combine... who cares.
(if you do get any QC issues, they should only be minor, and that price still makes it worth it)

I'd love to see the Monsterbots reissued, though I don't know if their sparking gimmick would pass current day toy safety standards. And as others have said, at $30 you're laughing. Heck, I'm vicariously laughin' for ya!

Took me a while to find shockers, but here you are:

Takara Magnus, Club Scourge and Hasbro Shockwave. I was surprised, they actually scale really well. I'm not about to transform Magnus any time soon, I just opened him and his shoulder ball joints are really stiff.

Sparking gimmicks in toys aren't allowed anymore.

    Blame Barbie and hairspray.

Thanks man. Mags is a little shorter than I would have hoped, but as you said they do scale pretty well with each other. Strangely Shockwave and Prime (Scourge in this case) look more like they're from the same line than Ultra Magnus and Shockwave do.

Just for purposes of record keeping would you guys classify last years Sixshot as a Takara Tomy release or a Hasbro release?
