I also told them that I was no longer working in a company that allows its manager to harass and bully. Because of that, they want to investigate. So while they do that please take a week holiday on the company..
Maybe if they had of said .. whoops, sorry about the written warning - we retract it, and your manager is leaving in 3 weeks anyways and here be another $10k .. then maybe I would stay.
