Too true. BBTS are great with their packaging. And AusPost are incompetent with alot of things lol. I have one driver who signs for our stuff and leaves it on our front porch. Busted him doing it one day. Mel answered the door and said just hold on a sec while I get the dogs away. Came back and he'd already left it on the front step. A package that had to be signed for. When we questioned our local Post Office, he said there is nothing we can do because they are contractors drivers. Load of effin bullshit.

you can directly put in a complaint thru their phone number and they should give you a reciept number , i had my packages open by the time it arrive on my door step and empty just foam!!! , don't really know if it was here or in china side , but made a complaint to auspost and around two days later the main contractor of the post run in my area came to check the package and ask if i want to make a claim but i did already thru ebay and the seller refunded me. Then the main office also check up on the case as well phoning me the next day. So you should make a complaint directly to auspost !

Next time he does it, just make a claim that it was never delivered. When Auspost says that someone signed for it, kindly ask who as no one was home on the day in question.

If it all comes down to the contractor drivers, I'm glad we've got a pretty good one in our area. Since the majority of my purchases come through the mail and gets sent home to my parents place, my dad's had the chance to actually make friends with the lad that does deliveries and he's been looking after the handling of my buys.

8-6, at least the last two innnings were exciting as they started to come back from 8-2, finished the game with 2 men on the the batter being the winning run, he hit straight into a double play.

by the way this is a baseball rant. So close to the finals. next week Perth Heat play Canberra Cavelry at Canberra for the title.
