After having my MMPR Turbo Megazord figure pass in at auction last week on eBay , he has just sold for a respectable amount and will be going to the home of a Mother & Son pair of collectors!
Added is the fact that they've paid immediately and contacted me just as quick, it's really nice to deal with a buyer who has the same approach to buying over eBay as myself - A really positive outcome IMO.
Thats great news. I was surprised to hear he passed in (it was very reasonably priced!). If I didn't have one already i woulda bought it.
It's good when your things go to good homes. specially older stuff.

    Cheers man, I was only ever after the first 4 season's Megazords;
    • Dino
    • Thunder
    • Ninja
    • Shogun

...So the Turbo Megazord was very much superfluous to my needs and I'm glad it'll find a home with a fellow collector and as a Birthday gift in May no less.

    Thanks Geiger,

I'm honestly not surprised you'd have one as you very much love your Mecha, VGM from Canada had also eyed it too but already had the Japanese version and didn't want to cross-contaminate just to replace a yellowed number 5 Vehicle; Of which I can completely understand.

Indeed it is good knowing they'll go to someone who'll get proper enjoyment out of it, sure it's a toy but whilst they're inanimate - I like to think they have a life of their own (Just not on a Toy Story level ).

My first pay from my new job
Monthly pays will take some getting used to but seeing a big chunk of cash sitting in your account is an awesome sight.

Until I had to play catch up with bills .. and set most aside for drip feeding over the next month.

Yep, you gradually get used to it.
The trick is to put some aside automatically in a ingdirect account or something similar, get used to not having it, so when you really need a wad of cash for something it's just there.

I just got a promotion at work. At least I think I did. Still not sure if I'm happy about this.
Though it is a good thing. More money at least

Thanks Hursti! It's been kinda nice having a few months off work but I'm looking forward to getting back into the workforce. Money, as us Transformers collectors know all too well, is very much a necessary evil.

LordCyrusOmega, congratulations on your promotion! I've never experienced one myself but I imagine it's quite gratifying.
