I showed my 11 year old niece the trailers for those games today and she thought they looked awesome. She also loves the sport games on her Wii. Those games you don't like can do very well with the kiddies

Most of the time though it's cheaper to buy a physical copy of the game from BigW/Target/EB then from the console's online store (at least that is almost continually the case with the PlayStation store) and still not everyone in Australia (or the world for that matter) has an internet connection that would lend itself to downloading games. So while the space they take up is annoying, physical copies will still be in demand.
