Exclamation War For Cybertron (WFC) AUS release date - June 23rd

Just stickying the release date of the WFC game for Australia, for people to refer to, and in case there are any release changes.

Expected to be released here in all its formats:
    PS3
    Xbox360
    Wii
    PC
    NDS Decepticon
    NDS Autobot

If I get RRPs, I'll post them here as well.

Activision Australia have a website, but don't have this game listed in their TFs section yet - if/when they do, I'll post that as well.

I think www.game.com.au has it for cheaper, see:

However, it looks like you have to pre-order online to get this price.

That's damn cheap for a new release game. I've picked up games at that price before on day of release at Big W (Tekken 6, Bayonetta, Darksiders), but for a place like EB to even advertise a price like that a month in advance, that's nuts.

Thing is, does anyone know yet if these characters like shockwave can be gotten anyway, either as unlockables or as dlc?
I havnt seen anything saying one way or other myself.

I reckon that you probably will be able to unlock these 'exclusive' characters later in the game, it's just a sales ploy to have them unlocked immediately upon purchase depending on where you buy it from.

what's the difference between the 360/ps3 and the ds versions?
I'm thinking of buying both 360 and ds but don't know if it's worth it.

there shouldnt be any difference between the console versions. but DS versions are split into 2 versions (autobots and decepticons) like the previous transformers the movie games, and like megaman and pokemon. gameplay should be similar but you get to pick more than one transformer per stage to switch between instantly during play.

    i guess thats it.
