Defender is new. I've had Combat Calibur for a while. Their combination of die cast, more matte colors and great detailing works well when displaying them together.

Defender is an engineering tour de force, the pièce de résistance!
True that. I have both that's exactly what I do!

Yeah. The price was sweet too, it was on clearance at Automatontoys.com. 70 CND instead of 120+ USD.

Last minute shopping of toys for me, to to take with me to BotCon (to show to any of those poor americans who won't be able to get them for another month :P ).

Grabbed the 17 toys I was still missing from the new stuff - Leader Starscream, Leader Optimus, Voyager Ratchet, Voyager Payload, Deluxe Bumblebee, Ironhide, Jetblade, Ravage, Activators Bbee, Optimus, Megatron, Powerbots Optimus, Stealth Bbee, Generations Optimus, Bbee, Drift, Thrust.
(and managed to grab half a dozen toys to take for trading at BotCon) It was an expensive 2 1/2 hours this morning.

Dear God Griffin , that would've cost a Sh*t Load!, were they all from the one store? because they would've loved you.

    Thanks guys!

This piece is in surprisingly good condition. It's 110% complete with all styro pieces and all paperworks including used sticker sheet. All accessories came in their original baggies. The stickers are also very professionally applied.

The slight downside is that its quite dusty. Wife and myself spent the afternoon cleaning out the dust from all the nooks and crannies.

    (pics soon later tonight.)

hahaha... can't have the best of both worlds sir. Good news is that pay increase is confirmed plus backdated many months (bad news is that I get no bonus since I moved firms). So come the new financial year... hee hee...
