Predaking 2010 Reissue Confirmed!

I don't know if it's my imagination, but i could have sworn virtually everyone was talking like they'd buy this reissue when the rumours were rampant, but now it seems like only a few are really interested.

I've been hiding in the shadows but this is easily my most anticipated release this year. Predaking has always been a magnificent specimen but in gold it takes him to the next level imo. He just looks so goddamn majestic.

No. I'm not at all thrilled by this reissue and prefer the look of the original yellow. But I'm weird that way - if they'd entirely changed Predaking's colours to fluorescent green, cyan and magenta then I'd be all over it.

The gold Predaking compared to the regular yellow Predaking, is like the JP Animated shiny toys compared to the regular anime coloured Hasbro Animated - people prefer both for different reasons. I like the JP Animated toys because they are pretty, and like the Hasbro ones because they are cartoon accurate. The same goes for the Predacons for me, as the combined mode deserves to look regal.

I am soooo happy I have this on pre-order. I can't wait to get my hands on him. Hard to tell from the box scan above if this will be a 'bookcase' style of packaging. I hope so as I want to gaze at him through the box window without having to open him up. Yeah... I'm different
