Even though the proportions are feminine, do we know that it is meant to be a female?
It's probably the reason for the comment of a 'whole new take on the character', but do we really need to have a fan-based comic dealing with female characters? You just know they're gonna throw in fanboyish 'organic' gender issues to make the rest of us cringe.
The colours look nice in car mode though. It really makes it look different to Arcee.
