Default JP release of more unreleased Animated toys.

Hasbro axed the line before they could produce a number of new Animated moulds, and were only just able to sneak out four of those figures to US TRU stores (Arcee, Rodimus, Cyb Ratchet, Cyb Ironhide).

The rest looked to be lost, until TT started producing the Animated toys, and hope returned that we would see them released in some form afterall. It would just be more expensive for Animated fans to fight over the limited JP stock.

    Anyway...
The next two unreleased toys to be released in Japan are Wingblade Optimus and Hydrodrive Bumblebee.

Plus a couple of transparent redecos it seems, and Rodimus Major (probably end up being in stores at the same time as the US release).

And - the Optimus Megatron 2-pack is listed as both Cybertron modes (the Hasbro 2-pack had the Earth mode Optimus with Cybertron Mode Megatron). Could either be a misprint, or TT have swapped over the 2 Deluxe sized Optimus toys for their 2-pack to make more sense as a verses pack.

HUZZAH! This is awesome news! I was worried about the lack of Wingbladey-ness in my animated line and my Bumblebees were saddened that none of their kind were likely to go submarine. Although I just see that they refer to Hydrodrive Bumbles as Jetpack Bumbles. Meh, I dont care it could work either way

    More love to taktom.

Tets is a happy chappy at this news!

Whoo! I can't wait for Wingblade Prime.
I'll probably pickup the Bumblebee as well but I don't mind if I miss out on him.
The clear Optimus/Rodimus Pack sounds interesting but I'll have to wait for pictures before I decide to get it or not.

Wingblade Prime just went up for pre-order for 20% off at amiami.

    Link

Rodimus and Blackout should start appearing soon. If BBTS was any indication they will sell out in pre-order fast.
Which brings us to where we are today...
