Do they come in volumes at all like Armada and The War Within did? I prefer them that way for some odd reason. I don't worry as much as keeping them mint.

Yes, you can get the big fat IDW 'Classic Transformers' reprints - each volume contains about fourteen issues of the Marvel comics for about twenty bucks and you can throw them around as much as you like.

Should I get Animated Deluxe Swindle or save my money up for a 1/55 VF-1S figure? (even though I own a 3/5 quality KO already that only cost 1/26th the price)

My local Jap-import store in Adelaide started stocking them recently, it's the Bandai re-release that costs $130 AUS (i paid $5 for the KO! lol)

Brisbane Mr Toys sell animated for $15 (maybe $5 shipping or so). I think it's $22 at TRU if you can find Swindle.

There is also someone here selling his swindle not MISB though.

I can find TF Swindle but the reviews I've seen for him are very biased because the reviewers liked the character regardless of the toy quality but more for the fact that it was Swindle!

The Titan reprints are so much better than the IDW ones IMHO. You do however get more stories in a single volume of the IDW reprints as you pointed out.

i do prefer the titan books myself ( you have a choice of soft or hardcover)

but there are more of them then IDW
