I'm in the same boat as both of you, though I've had over 80hrs logged since 2002 - A combination of Money, Timing, Cars and Laziness though has prevented me from acquiring my Ps.
(Doesn't help that I can't decide whether to get a VK Commodore Berlina or a MkII Mini Cooper S )

You're not with Optus are you? Same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. I called and explained that it was impossible that my peak hours were being used cause I wasn't home during that time and the computer was switched off They offered to give me my whole quota back but that wasn't the point. I asked them to reinstate half.

Nah, I'm with TPG and they're normally pretty good but then, I've only just moved up to a Quota based package this year and I'll tell you what, I'm seriously F@#$ing annoyed at the fact that it's only because Telstra refuses to update Dapto's exchanges to be 3rd Party ADSL2+ capable that I went with the TPG quota based deal in the first place!
