Probably not - maybe you could try paying for it over the phone with CC today and collect it tomorrow? (I've never done it with a major chain store, so I don't even know if they will accept CC payment over the phone?)

That's not just Taget though, they all pretty much do it. I've been to so many sales at midnight just to be told that 'someone else must have bought them all' Then they all magically appear on the shelves straight after the sales have finished.

Sweet FA. Target has had TF relegated to the tiniest shelf space I have ever seen, Big Whoop has exactly that (though if you are still after old Robot Heroes, they have a few) Myer has bugger all. DIdn't check Kmart coz it was too damn hot to walk over there. And Toys R Us didn't even bother checking.

They rarely go over onto the endcap zones and usually it is just multiples of the same 2 or 3 figures

Found voyager Battle Blades Optimus Prime and Banzitron at Target Coffs Harbour $50 each. There was only 1 prime though.
