It depends on how good it is.
That being said, already having a similar figure isn't an issue. I treat a figure as if it will be the only one of that character I will have.
So it wouldn't really matter.

Yes, but only if it's 'significantly' cheaper than my purchase of the unofficial figure.
Yes only if it looks better than the unofficial figure.
No because i already have the character and I'm only interested in owning the character.
