Yeah, I'm in Perth. No idea which company it is, but it's not a big deal so much as a constant-yet-minor irritant.

personally... i'd bail, unless it's your "dream job"... then fight like all hell.
i'm sure the laws in NZ are similar to here.
my wife went through some pretty full on bullying at work a little while ago. ( by her supervisor )
it was easier in the end to get a new job, but the new job has required a bunch of workplace training.
basically if she'd known back then what she knows now.... they'd be screwed.
my wife wants me to mention too that, you actually have alot more rights than you think you do.

Got the offical warning letter, the former HR manager of the company I work for was shocked at the outcome.
I have decided to end my employment at the company - 4 years of service means nothing to them and I want them to fail in providing a decent IT service now.
why would they make a 4th year engineering student make a poster?
the last time i made a poster for education i was about 14...
