Serious question: Why would this be an issue?

Some may find it a little sus - A guy walking around with a camera taking photos of stuff that clearly isn't an employee and doesn't bare the uniform of a rival...
Admittedly, I've never been questioned whilst doing it but I wouldn't be surprised if I were to be approached eventually.

LOL, I like the 2nd option.
Nah... My whole motivation is that should I be queried as to my actions then I'd simply state the truth and that I was providing free advertising for the company in question to key demographics.
