Nah was quite easy, at least they didn't make me run for a few kilometres

Not sure if this is in the right section, as the diet itself makes me want to vent, but the results have been crazy- lost over 10kgs in the space of 3 weeks, so pretty happy with that result.

For me, today is a friend of mines birthday (Who has an uncanny likeness to Han's mate ), which just so happens to mark the date that I had my last cigarette 365 Days ago.
