That item/dealer is so dodgy.
It's against ebay policy to over-inflate the shipping to avoid paying ebay fees... which is what they are hoping people notice with the cheap purchase price.
Then there is the repro box - yes, they do make it clear that it is a repro box, but you can bet that the person buying it is most likely going to resell it somewhere as a "real Gen1" toy on purpose, or neglect to mention it being a repro to sucker someone in.
And just to top off the dodginess... he has at the bottom of his listing, a GIF of a girl jiggling around in her underwear.
(I reported it for attempting to avoid ebay fees, as there is no shipping method that would justify $600 for that one item)
