Yep they do 'transform' but you have to put it together yourself, kind of like a model kit but bigger and more bulky.

I think there is at least 4 in the diaclone line - red/blue skids and yellow/red sunstreaker, theres probably more, I dont know much about diaclone.

And one as part of the Transformer line - the yellow sunstreaker I just happen to have for sale in my sales thread

The all black with grey bits & red eyes really set him off, even more so a Decepticon than the original (TF) you're right.
