I'm thinking about picking up Takara's versions of FoC Magnus and Shockwave, but before I decide I'd like to see how the scale with Laser Prime. If somebody could take a pic of them (Magnus, Shockwave and Laser Prime) I'd be really grateful.

Do you mean RTS Laser Prime or the G2 Laser Prime?

RTS. Sorry, should have been clearer. I've been really enjoying the new IDW Deluxes and imo they scale really well with some of the previously undersized figures from the CHUGs line (provided you don't need your leaders to be really tall.

That review does a pretty good comparison, but note that he has mistransformed the FE arcee's wheels, they clip in nice and tight at the back of the legs and don't hang on an angle as he has displayed.

as mentioned, they are a bit 50/50.

The Rid is simple to transform, has slightly more show accurate arms and wings but FE has better colours and design IMO.

as mentioned, the AM arcee being the same as RID arcee except for the horrendous pink nubs on the wings for the AM.
I can bring along my RID Arcee if you like to the parra fair nest time.

I've just finished watching Armada for the first time, I have seen part of Energon and don't care about being spoiled if this is covered in Energon episodes I haven't seen.

10 Year old spoilers ahead incase anyone cares.

In the episode where the kids somehow got sent to the past you see Hot Shot and other Transformers in some kind of mess of tentacles in Unicron (or was it deep in Cybertron?). I'm wondering how they ended up in that situation and why they don't remember?

New question. I know someone knows the answer to this.

I'm looking at get the BBTS Seacons since they are only $30 atm, but I saw in Peaugh's review he had a ton of problems with them.

I know the Seacons are supposed to be a really degraded mold, but my Anime Devastator and Henkei TC and SW are supposed to be from degraded molds too and seem fine to me aside from loose guns on TC and Longhaul having a ittle trouble combining.

Is that release of the Seacon mold really that terrible or did Peaugh just get one with bad QC?

Could've been. My Seacon's are fine. I've had no dramas whatsoever. The only thing that that could come close would be some misaligned stickers. They were pre-applied from the factory

The only real problem with mine is that Overbite's gun fits too loosely in his 'under-shark' peg hole and keeps falling out. As others have mentioned theres some poorly aligned stickers and some other less-than-perfect peg holes across the entire set but I did not have any horrible QC issues such as missing parts or poor tolerances preventing transformation.

The Seacons are wonderful toys who suffer from a garish colour scheme that only a true() TF fan would love, resulting in bargain basement prices. I got mine from BBTS myself and you should definitely do the same.
