I've been keeping an eye on this for a while now and the series looks like it's going in a very interesting direction now that the story has been rebooted. Can't wait to pick this game up on release but have a feeling that I should wait it out for a 'Komplete Edition' to come out with all the DLC.

They announced Raiden the other day. There are vids of him fighting Kotal Karn... Is that Kotal Karn related to Shao Karn? I sort of get the notion that he is a sun god? After Raiden quotes something about thunder putting out the sunlight...

Don't think it's been confirmed but most likely implied Shao and Kotal are related. I've always liked Shao better because of how ridiculous he looks yet the amount of power he holds

I got the game+pass for $70, probably the most I'll pay for a PC game in a long time, but I'm a MK tragic.
