I received a friendly call from TRU today before work, they reminded me about the hold I had on 2 of each figure are told me about their new items (Metroplex and Bruticus vs Grimlock), they say Mp's are less than a month away.

i wouldnt have invested in the TT version had i have known about Hasbro's intention of releasing one.
Although many TF fans/casual fans of Soundwave who arent members here would be following it's progress. All it takes is one Google search of Transformers Soundwave Australia and there's no prize for guessing which site is on top of the list.
Mine just arrived from eBay.
Packed well.
Haven't opened it up yet, but it all looks good.
$30 extra well-spent, IMO.
Looking To Buy Either Siege Or Earthrise Ratchet, and Buzzworthy SS86 ER Cliffjumper.
I know Soundwave is coming because you guys won't shut up about it, but I'm fine without a toy that transforms into a box, even if it does come with several other toys that transform into a box. Are me and my 10 years of collecting still worthy of being called a TF collector?
Woah, hold on a second, I think you're taking my comment the wrong way man. If it came across as elitist, I apologise.
What I meant was that Australia is such a small community, if you're a "Transformers collector" (as opposed to someone that collects all sorts of figures and doesn't have a particular focus on Transformers) even if you have limited interaction on the forums it would be near impossible to not have heard the news due to all the publicity the Masterpieces (and Metroplex) have been getting across the net, and as Sinnertwin mentioned above, the google search results.
I in no way intended it to imply that if you haven't heard of him that anyone was less of a collector.
And just quickly, my post above was the first time I've uttered a word in this thread, so please don't lump me into this![]()
