That meant, we won't seeing SW in store due to high volume online sale, even they received stocks, it's will fulfill the online order first.

I guess that's why I ask for their names now so that I know who is actually better/easier to talk to.
That's true, but they are all not like that. As for the system, blame the system and blame the company that doesn't want to spend the money to upgrade it to make it better. Sometimes workers just don't care because they are paid bugger all money and cop abuse from customers every day.

Not trying to have a go at you dude, just trying to help you see it from their point of view because I cop the same abuse day in day out from customers. Only reason I stay is because the money I am on (just hope I don't get shot at like one of my workmates )

No probs, Az. It's a way to make a living. That's the life in customer service.

Ultra Magnus Maybe......and a big maybe.......anything else... Ghost starscream incident again. As for hearing what happen in US, nah...... doesn't apply here.

What some of these research fail is that Asian countries can get the Takara version as well as the Hasbro thus they can be picky. Unlike America and Australia, we are only known to get Hasbro.

Well ghost starscream is an unpopular variant. I bet if bumblebee came out, he'll sell like hot cakes

the funny part about this for me is i have always been interested in scoping out the nearest toy shops for "what is on the market". I have seen Convoy, Ghost Starscream, Coronation and Rodimus Masterpiece both Takara and Hasbro at various shops and times and i always thought "wow that is really expensive for a Transformer toy". If only i knew..... I would've snapped them up in a second.
I have Red Alert and Optimus and am very keen to get the Datsuns.

And in robot mode it plugs into his butt for convenient storage.

There's a spot made for it just above his ass.

Lets not forget that they wanted $250 for a mold that had already been available for $100. Ghost scream probably would have done just fine at the $100 price point. If Soundwave was $300 he'd be easier to find.
