I think they have different tones to differentiated them. I think that's rather cool.

Love em. Cannot wait to get em. I like that the hue is slightly different, makes them more individual a bit more.

The Grimlock battle scene is way cool.

The 'Captain' does have a different shade of purple.
Any figure that comes with swords demands wrist articulation.

Is it just me, or does Grimlock look like he's being molested in that photo. NO means no!
On the lookout for MISB Headmaster Highbrow, Takara or Hasbro. I'm sure I could make you a sweet deal!

I see a Cyber-Tyrannosaur being SWARMED by a trio of "Limbed" Angler-come-Shark Robots that I can't wait to own?

Peaugh, the lucky bastard, has already received his set & has whacked up a video review.

I'm assuming he gets these for free because he's a well known toy reviewer?

I've wondered how people become well known for something such as talking about toys, since evidently as far as I can tell, there are no formal studies you can undertake to become "skilled" at this (apart from perhaps something like writing and/or public speaking).

Is it a case of building up the number of followers on social media, and then once you have a sizeable following, to just wait for the free toys to be sent your way (because potentially, you would be doing free marketing for the company)?

its called charisma. basically you just have to have a decent sounding voice, be a bit funny and generally not be annoying or make mistakes like other amateur reviewers do. Vangelus is also pretty good at it.

and yes you need numbers of viewers to be high enough to get the free stuff. from what i can tell, peaugh is sponsored by tfsource - though he does mention a few times he buys most of his stuff (probably the super sentai and other japanese stuff) with his own money.
