Glad this mp wheeljack is cartoon accurate to what I see. Will be a popular item for sure.

I don't think that is correct, Smokescreen follows suit with sideswipe G2 at a higher price. Noted there were places selling way below RRP but the RRP was set higher than Prowl and Streak.

Streak is going at 5800 yen RRP and Smokescreen is at 6500 yen as with Sideswipe G2.

So I guess 6000 yen is still below RRP.

I just can't get enough masterpieces. Only 3 I don't have are Greenscream, Black Rodimus and Black MP01 Prime. Latter 2 I wouldn't mind trying to get. And maybe Rodimus with the trailer too... maybe

Anime Export have good prices and ship fast, however after my last ordeal with them I won't be using them again. They require payment upfront and that shipping date is more than six months away, so I'll wait for HLJ, Amiami or HobbySearch to open their orders.

I've never dealt w/ AE before, but the idea of upfront payment isn't convenient for me. I like dealing w/ Amazon because they don't charge until after the toy has shipped. And Amazon JP's preorder price is only a few dollars dearer than AE's anyway... I'll probably stick w/ Amazon JP (hopefully they'll offer some bonus goodie).

...now... I wonder if they'd make a limited exclusive MP Slicer?!

They have at least 2 more uses they could do. Actionmaster Slicer and Diaclone Malbor. And I would buy all 3

Haha, nice. It'd depend on my opinion of the Wheeljack mould as to whether or not I'd get repaints. But that is a cool idea.

So Smokescreen is actually the most expensive of the MP Nissans at RRP.

Yea RRP for Smokescreen was definitely higher than Prowl and Bluestreak. However, lots of place still seem to have stock of Smokescreen while Prowl/Bluestreak were instant sellouts. One might speculate that places overordered Smokescreens after witnessing the demand for Prowl/Streak and also buyers might have gotten burnt out after having the same mold released so many times in a row.
