    This lot started at $1 and had some bids and then he cancelled the auction and relisted them $400?!!

    That's good to know I got done by him as well and my claims are still pending. Instead of a Xmas hat I just got a Pom Pom, the other item he never sent. Once he stopped replying that's when I took action. When I talked to paypal they seemed to know straight away about the guy.

    This happens alot!! I was recently bidding on a Baron Von Joy (Machine man) on ebay and would have won him for $1. The buyer realised this and ended the auction early. It was then relisted for $60!!!!!! Exact same one, exact same seller!!
