Up here in Newcastle there are still one or two Big W stores that have Metroplex and Omega Supreme. For some reason even though I have both at home I still enjoy walking into the store and seeing them in the aisle.

Well that is obscure.

And keeps our TakaratTomy average to about one every two years. (last one was the MP Ghost Starscrea)

Makes me wonder about the process for these - does someone at Hasbro HK (who is likely the middleman between TakaraTomy and Hasbro AUS) ask to offload their excess stock, or does someone in Australia (retailer or Hasbro) randomly asks for something they've seen and like.


$99 is a better than expected price for Myer, but you can still find cheaper ones on ebay (here at AU$90 and here at AU$87 for example), so probably wait for a sale if you don't want to import.

Gaia at Myers is interesting, will have a look as I still have some Myers credit on a gift card. Its so difficult to use the gift card as everything is usually more expensive at Myers.

Westfields Liverpool was like opening night for the Phantom Menace. You walk in with anticipation only to leave shaking your head asking yourself why?
