oh i preordered MP Ultra Magnus and then decided to go with AnimeExport and told them to cancel the preorder. They said no, because I had cancelled a lot of previous preorders and that I was costing them money... and the only way would be to close my account.

Amiami really need to get with the times, they are quite rude when replying to emails as well.

You're lucky if you get an actual reply. They sent me a busted payment link and when I emailed them simply sent me one that worked. No explanation or apology, just a new invoice.

There are pros and cons to every online Japanese store tho. There isn't any perfect solution, but HLJ seems to be the best middle ground imo.

I no longer use Anime Export after they tried ignoring me after screwing up an order. I had to go through a reverse chargeback which was really annoying.

Well maybe amiami is replying because I have like $1000 of stuff on order? HLJ have been good lately, I asked them when are they going to introduce a point system, apparently soon & removing items from my private wearhouse was a breeze.
