    It's a very big heavy book, I think $20 shipping is pretty good value from anywhere.

    What is the packaging for shipping like for Book Depository? If it's a big heavy book it might get dinged in transit.

    Cool, they seem to be getting the latest stuff. Amazon showed $32 + $10 shipping (all USD) for me too. Average review is 4.5/5 stars.
