One of those is for MP-49 as Cliffjumper. The other three in the list are Generations figures that have been corroborated by another source here:

These are obviously just rumors for now but hopefully the Cliffjumper rumour is confirmed as true very shortly. Would seem to imply that Takara has gotten the Porsche licence meaning Jazz would likely follow at some point.
I have a feeling it's going to be a Siege Cliffjumper, who will be a pre-tool for Bumblebee. More than happy to be wrong though - I mean, I will be ecstatic if it turns out we're actually getting MP Cliffy.
Also, does anyone have a clue what LYC means?
