No idea but it looks too good to be true. It's a very fine minty looking set though so if its legit, it'll fetch a fair price.

It's a tough call. The box definitely has some qualities of an original. (I don't know the one in this guide is the only fake Devastator on the market, but according to this: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transf...roduction.html the toy on eBay could be real.) That said, there seems to be an unusual amount of Devastator boxed sets around at the moment and this particular seller is a bit of a twat. You decide.

It was about $100 IIRC, or maybe that was the sale price. Has it reappeared?

Yeah he was $100. I'm not so sure if it'll suddenly re-appear - it was a TRU exclusive - but you never know.

just a quick one, if there is a TRU exclusive in the U.S. will it be available in australia's TRU? IM referring to Transformers universe Unicron.

According to Hasbro in October "no plans" for Unicron

See here for the list of exclusives we asked about, question 19
    http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=2498

But we have got other U.S. exclusives here at TRU (like Movie Mudflap and Inferno) and we got the Animated 2 packs (Prowl/Megatron, Prime/Blackarachnia) that they said "no plans" to back then as well (as a Big W exclusive).

in the days of old we never had group orders or orders from overseas in large quantities of toys, is this because we didn't have someone like Kyle for example who has contacts, or another reason?

Who was the guy who said goodbye to me at Sabretron? was it you Sam?

I'd say because our club was a lot smaller. I've been involved in group orders since 1998.
