FOC demo for PS3 & XBOX 31st July

The recently announced release of a demo for FOC has now got a date, and details.
From 31st July (next Tuesday - probably Wednesday our time), the demo will contain two missions, a multiplayer game, and character customisation.

The demo is likely to be downloadable from the applicable online stores for PS3 and XBOX... and I'm thinking that they would be free.

Americans who pre-ordered their game through Gamestop, will have exclusive access to the demo four days earlier (27th - tomorrow, our time). So we're likely to see a few reviews being posted up tomorrow on the global fansites.


The article also shows us a video of what the Gen1 Optimus DLC/Bonus skin will look like.

Excellent news, a bit of a pity that there'll not be a PC Demo but eh, what are you going to do?

No idea.
You'd have to log into the store, and see if it comes up as being available for download.
I'd say it should be, since the game is being released here.

Just checked and the demo is not available using a PAL Xbox Live account.

I'd check the PAL PSN but my PS3 has the yellow light of death.

Cool. I'll have a look tonight. I'm on the fence as to whether or not I get this; the demo might be a deciding factor for me.
