Is there an English dub yet?
Yes there is. Looks like it was released just last week on DVD and Blu-Ray (https://www.animenewsnetwork.com.au/news/2013-12-21/funimation-reveals-psycho-pass-english-dub-cast-trailer) (March 11). It's no guaruntee we'll get it in Australia but it's there. edit Wait. I'm an idiot. That's an Australian site so there's a good chance we're getting it.
I had to look around for a dub trailer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEseBvawadw) that wasn't region locked. Don't be put off by the dubstep they use in the trailer. Funimation likes doing that in their trailers.

Thought I'd ask the hive mind :) what is a good animated series I can watch?
Any genre, but something with a great storyline helps
have you seen tron uprising ?...that great if your a fan....
Black Lagoon also is a great action anime also and is dubbed :)
I quite like Psycho-Pass. A 2012 anime in a world where brain scans can instantly determine your 'psycho-pass', a report on personality, mental state and criminal tendencies. If your crime coefficient rises too high, you are hunted down and arrested, sometimes with lethal force. This is old school sci- fi. Asking questions and poking holes in utopian/dystopian social systems.
Thanks for this recommendation.... it an awesome show!! I didn't even know about it at all , and would of never seen it....it up there among the greats , very good story line ....
what other one you think is good?...

I agree with Tron Uprising. Unfortunate that it was axed after one season.

I only just discovered Ergo Proxy (I missed it by six years). I've watched one episode but it looks like the kinda thing I'm into.
Susei No Gargantia where a child soldier and his high tech mech are catapulted through time or space (it's never clarified which) to a primitive, post-apocalyptic Earth. Meets the natives, tries to fit in long enough to find a way home.
Ghost in the Shell: Arise and Mardock Scramble are pretty good but the release rate is pretty slow on these hour-long episodes.
And if you don't mind anime with a touch of mayhem I suggest Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, Kill La Kill, Space Dandy and Redline.

We have a 3 episode rule - we'll give any series a chance by watching the first 3 episodes. If we're not hooked by then, we move on. 2 more episodes to go...

I recently picked up the 2006-07 series of Saiyuuki (a.k.a. Monkey Magic) and started watching it with my daughter. So far we've watched the first three episodes, and here are my thoughts so far (removing my Nostalgia-Goggles and trying to look at it objectively)...
The main characters, then and nowhttp://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y227/goktimusprime/saiyuki_compar_zps5dca97f9.jpg
Ready the Wave Motion Cannon (http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n215/shockit2me/Yamato09.jpg), oh sorry, wrong story (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v625/lostncybr/Anime%20Costumes/Space%20Cruiser%20Yamato/YNstills06.jpg) :p
The old series is a lot more faithful to the original story - the new series makes a deliberate departure from it, but still remains fairly true to the 'core' of the tale (i.e. they're still travelling to Tenjiku in India on their quest for the Buddhist scriptures).
I can appreciate the changes they've made to the new series. I think they don't just want to re-tell the same story that the previous series (and so many other incarnations) have already done. Also, they seem to want to give the story a broader audience appeal, such as introducing a new recurring female character, a thief known as Rin-Rin (http://blog-imgs-27.fc2.com/a/n/g/angel/20060109215840.jpg); having a thief in the party also makes it feel a bit Dungeons and Dragonny; but from a story POV, because she's not one of the holy pilgrims, she's more free to do more morally dubious acts without being thwarted or reprimanded by Sanzo. There's a lot of fun to be had with this character. ;) Also, keep in mind that while Sanzo is played by women in both series, the character is meant to be a boy, so in the original version there are no recurring female characters. So Rin-Rin is like to the new Saiyuuki series what Tauriel is to the Hobbit films (and arguably even Arwen in The Lord of the Rings; a minor character in the books who's far more prominent in the films). But some audience members might also view her as the "Poochie" of the story... but she's still a pretty fun and endearing character nonetheless (and certainly not a Mary Sue "Drift" character ;)).
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y227/goktimusprime/saiyuki_rinrintauriel_zps6a895f75.jpg
You remember Tauriel and Rin-Rin from their original stories, right? No? Neither does anyone. :p
They've skipped a lot of the origin story, but rather make mention of it as the show goes along (we do see Sanzo rescuing Goku from being buried under the mountain in a flashback). But certain events are unseen, and others occur in a different chronology; e.g. originally Sanzo places the golden ring on Goku's head shortly after freeing him (otherwise he'd just fly off!), but in the new series, Goku actually pledges to follow Sanzo, Hakai and Gojo (who are already Sanzo's disciples, whereas originally Goku was the first disciple and had to fight Hakai and Gojo who then became disciples) and he's later given the ring. While this does deviate from the original story, it also does establish a deeper emotional connection between the main characters. Goku and Sanzo seem a lot closer to each other in the new series -- more than just master and disciple, they're actually friends (Goku initially mispronounced the word for friend - saying "Namaka" instead of "Nakama" (仲間), and it's a recurring thing in the series, where Sanzo also refers to Goku has her, uh, his "Namaka." Sanzo is a far more caring pastoral priest, rather than the emotionally detached authoritarian from the old series. It's sometimes funny watching Sanzo give into her, uh, his emotions (e.g. repeatedly slapping Goku across the face then immediately begging for his forgiveness). And while Sanzo is still an avid pacifist, the new one is a bit more savvy in battle, e.g. issuing battle commands to the disciples... but is always sure that the demon that they're fighting is never killed.
Sa Gojo is a far less whiny and more deadly fighter too. They've replaced his big cleaver staff with a pair of sai, so he's like Raphael from the Ninja Turtles. ;) He's also the most intellectual of the lot, which is more accurate to the original story. The new series kinda portrays him almost like the "Tony Stark" of the group (he even carries magical items which can project holographic transmitted images etc.).
The new Cho Hakkai plays up more on his sensitive side and less on his... well... piggish nature. Sensitive New Age Hakkai isn't quite as fun as the boorish "swine" we saw in the old Hakkai. ;) He still is a fun character in his own right though, very much the most selfish of the group. One great moment was when Sanzo has been captured by the Ox Demon King, and while Gojo swears that they'll rescue him, Sanzo tells them to leave and save themselves, and Hakkai just LEGS IT! :D
I've only watched the first 3 episodes so far, but while it is a VERY different show from the old one, it is also quite enjoyable. The more updated special effects are a lot less cheesy than the old series, and watching Goku fly on Kintoun is pretty awesome... almost like watching Iron Man take flight, only it's a monkey standing on a cloud. :p It'd be kewl to see at least one time when Kintoun breaks the sound barrier and we can see the sonic boom. ;) Hasn't happened so far, but it's still REALLY cool watching the jet stream. It's come a long way from a miniature stuck on a big piece of pink cotton.
But I'll say one thing that the old series did better than the new one, and that's Goku's little ritual he had whenever he summoned Kintoun! In the new series, Goku pulls out a petal from his shirt and throws it - it grows to the size of a boogie board which he jumps on, then cloud vapours form around it. Yeah, it's fast and furious, but it doesn't beat that iconic whistling blow while shaking two fingers in front of the mouth that Goku did in the old series! That is something I really miss! :D
Fffffeeewwww-fwit-fwit-fwit-fwit-fwit-fwit-fwit-CHING!
--------------------------------------------------------------
P.S.: I've heard that Sakai Masaaki, the actor for Goku/Monkey in the old series, makes a cameo appearance in the new series. ;) It's also strange seeing Goku being so much taller. The old Monkey was quite short, as Sakai Masaaki is only 165cm (same height as Emma Watson), but Katori Shingo stands at 180cm (same height as Orlando Bloom)

TV show on SBS (from the BBC) called Food Factory... shows us how some well known processed foods are actually produced, and has guest people attempt to replicate it themselves.
It is very fascinating.
I now understand the two main processes for drying, to create things like milk powder and coffee. I knew of the two methods before, but never understood how they worked until now... which shows that freeze-drying (vacuum-sucks the water out before it thaws) is better than spray drying (requires heat, which can affect the quality of the liquid/food).

I've been catching up on a heap of stuff.
The Venture Bros. S04. Off beat and entertaining as to be expected. Needed more Brock Samson.
Arrow S02. I liked Slade. He was never going to win but I still wanted him to hand the heroes a beatdown. Mostly because Ollie reminds me of Ashton Kutcher while on the island and Chris O'Donnell (Batman Forever) when back in Starling City.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Liked the various guest appearances from movie characters. Loved Bill Paxton. The HYDRA bit dragged on a little.
The Blacklist. I'm a big fan of James Spader and while he doesn't grandstand as much as he did in Boston Legal, he is still the star of this show.

If you've seen the show before and know the tid bits at the end, the creator of the show (the creator is the basis of the show from his video recordings as a kid) dedicated that episode to Megatron. It goes to actual footage that the guy recorded while as a kid.

Apparently the Japanese film-maker Hayao Miyazaki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hayao_Miyazaki) is a cult favourite, with a number of animated movies doing well in both theatres and by critics.
His movie Spirited Away is currently the record holder at US$290 million at the boxoffice, beating Titanic, which was the previous record holder.
Channel 32 (SBS 2) is having a Miyazaki month (http://www.sbs.com.au/movies/article/2014/11/27/sbs-2-hayao-miyazaki-family-movie-season), with five of his movies being screened at about 6pm Saturdays in December, with Spirited Away being the third one on December 20th.
6 Dec - My Neighbour Totoro
13 Dec - Kiki's Delivery Service
20 Dec - Spirited Away
27 Dec - Howl's Moving Castle
3 Jan - Ponyo
It's worth noting that the English dubs of these often have a number of big name stars voicing the roles. And Spirited Away has four voice actors who have done Transformers roles (Jack Angel, Jason Marden, Tara Strong, Paul Eiding).

I've been reading the original Sherlock Holmes books. Its interesting how the two SHerlock Holmes shows (UK & US) line up with them. For instance the cocaine habit that is in the American show is very prominent in the original books though not particularly frowned upon. They have just started reshowing the UK show on ABC and a lot of the first episode mirrors the original book, but instead of deducing that Watson was an injured medical soldier from an old war with a drunken brother that passed onto him a pocket watch, its now an injured medical soldier from the Afghanistan war with a drunken brother that passed onto him an old mobile phone.

Man Vs Food (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_v._Food) is coming back to TV, with the repeats being starting from about Australia Day on Channel 73. (this is the show that preceded the Man Finds Food show that recently was screening on TV)
MVF is the one which has Adam finding food challenges and oversized foods... so there are quite a few jaw-dropping dishes over the 85 episodes.
For something a little more constructive though, QI is back on (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QI) nightly in January on ABC at 8pm (Mon-Fri). It is the later seasons, and well worth checking out (or taping to watch later), as it is a quiz show with comedians, of general knowledge and myths... often with some adult humour, so not for the kiddies.

Weary and beaten, they see a man sitting with his back facing towards them drinking from a big bottle of water. Gokuu begs him to give them a drink, but he ignores their pleas and continues drinking. Gokuu rushes at him, but the old man lifts the bottle causing Gokuu to trip over and fall. As Gokuu looks up, the old man is laughing at him, but the audience sees that the old man is played by Sakai Masaaki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masaaki_Sakai), who of course played the original Son Gokuu/Monkey (http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-u1AYLwqtTQQ/TfIlZ4T-U5I/AAAAAAAAABI/MP2to1XC9Os/s1600/Masaaki%2BSakai%2B%25282%2529.jpg) from the 1978-80 "Monkey" TV series (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monkey_(TV_series))! :D The old man then picks up Nyoibou (Gokuu's staff) and starts spinning it around just as he did in the old show, and the original "Monkey Magic" theme song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAbE36IBTZY) starts playing in the background! :D It is then revealed that the old man is actually Buddha himself, who gives them the Sacred Scrolls (the object of their long quest), and also liberates Gokuu by removing the golden ring from his head, and even remarking, "This thing really hurts, doesn't it?"

Saw a tv show promo today on 7mate(?). I think its called Extreme Collectors. The show, if I understand it correctly, is about valuating people's collection. Not exactly my thing. I'd rather just look & appreciate people's collection. Starts 27th January.
I hope a TF collector appears on one of the episodes.

Some years I would check the wiki site for any episodes that were in a location I was going to be in for BotCon... never ended up going to any though.
After watching his new series (Man Finds Food) late last year, he certainly lost a lot of weight after he finished this older series of his (Man Versus Food). I think he realised how unhealthy it was eating all those unhealthy and oversized foods, so got himself into shape and changed his show into secret eats (which aren't always bad foods, nor require him to eat massive items).

Really enjoying season 2 of Sleepy Hollow. The overall plot is getting interesting, coupled with Ichabod trying to assimilate to todays culture for comedic relief is a very entertaining combination. Last night I watched episode 5, Detective Mills was explaining what a lovers lane was to which he replied "Yes we had them back in our day. A pathway where a man could walk with his betrothed holding hands... with their parents not too far behind to make sure nothing unreasonable occurred" :D

I watched the first two episodes that screened on the 27th, and it is interesting to see what some people obsessively collect... but the show doesn't do much delving into the collection or talking about more than a couple items (if that) like the Toy Hunter show does (one of the redeeming features of TH was the education we'd get of a number of items each episode).
Of the 7 or 8 collections this Extreme Collectors show covered in the first two episodes, it kept padding out the episode with repeated material (before and after the break, and between collections, which were intermixed throughout the 22 minute episode, not each collection featured at a time... so at least a quarter of the time is wasted on repeated footage and commentary as if people need reminders in a 22 minute episode of what has already happened or about to happen).
Then when collections are actually featured, we get a bit about how and why they got into collecting (which is one good thing, like the old ABS Collectors show, which focused on the Collectors rather than Collections). But after their life story was told, the focus was on a quick evaluation. Sure, the show premise is to find and evaluate big collections, but the values noted at the end of a segment are meaningless if they don't even show much of the actual collection.
The Harry Houdini collection was probably the most thorough one we saw, but they still rushed over much of it, so it's final evaluation of over a million dollars is meaningless, because we didn't see much of what constitutes a million dollar collection.
The least thorough was the toy collection that featured in the second episode. A guy in Dallas Texas had a house of (allegedly) 5,000 different action figure toys, which included a lot of Transformers from the original series to recent Masterpiece toys, but the TV show focused on his Captain America comic... giving us a quick pan of some toy shelves before spending the rest of the 5-ish minutes on this one comic (which isn't even a toy, despite him being there to valuate a toy collection).
The shot of the Transformers toys, which looked to cover three walls of shelves, was so fast, I had to pause and go frame by frame to see what he had. In live speed, it was less than half a second. Seriously.
Such a waste.
A segment and collector hyped up as being about toys, to spend 90% of the time on a single comic issue... that ended up being a restored comic, so had reduced value anyway. (still worth $75,000 but could have been a quarter million if un-restored)
Not as good as I was hoping the show would be, but I'll still try to keep watching it out of curiosity of what other types of things people obsessively collect out there.

Watched the double episode of Extreme Collectors yesterday evening. The collections are the only shining light for this show. The rest is filled with valuations. Don't think I can sit through a whole season.
I watched the repeat screening on the Sunday afternoon, and some of these collections should be set up as a museum and charge people admission.
(still not caring much for the valuations, but that gives the show a reason)
The first episode was in Las Vegas and included a guy who had over a thousand sports hats, as well as a guy who as a couple hundred vintage Barbie dolls and sleeps in a hot pink room that looked like something from a Barbie house. (in the various promos leading up to the segment I thought it was a middle-aged lady, but when he spoke in the segment it was actually a guy :o )
Then there was a Pepsi collector, who had anything with the Pepsi name on it... but I couldn't see if they had any of the Pepsi Optimus/Convoy toys among all the vintage mid 20th century items. :p
And the fourth collection was a 10 Million dollar collection of Vegas show costumes and accessories since the 1950s... something that should be a featured museum at one of the casinos.
The second episode was in Toronto and had an action figure collector of a couple thousand toys, but only looked like he collected humanoid action figures, as I didn't see any Transformers. But seeing what is claimed to be the worlds first Action Figure (a wooden superman from the 1930s) was fascinating.
The next person had a collection of 50s diners items, models and a complete diner setup in one of their rooms.
The third person collected a couple thousand mouth organs/harmonicas, with what you'd call an international history of the musical instrument.
The fourth collection was Barbie Dolls.... and all of the lead up pro
Most of the more "extreme" collections that are basically an archive or a history of a brand or concept, should be made viewable by the public - not just to make a little money back off the expense, but to give other fans and visiting tourists something to look at. Some wouldn't be able to warrant a sole public museum, but could still be significant enough to spend some time on display at a state art gallery or museum. (something I'd like to do one day with my collection)

The problem with public viewing is that alot of people don't respect your collection at all and with kids around as well .... I just love that 50s garage with all the cars and vintage sign and a whole diner beautifully restored ,i was surprised at the valuation as i was expecting it to cost heaps more .

Well you wouldn't allow people to be able to touch things, or else stuff goes missing or gets damaged. Keep everything behind glass or roped off with enough distance and monitoring to prevent people from getting their grubby little fingers on it.
And that diner collection did seem low, but then, there probably wouldn't be much demand for a full set of diner fittings... so selling the collection at auction probably wouldn't make much.

Yeeeeah, I chose Better Call Saul over WD and I regret that decision. Not posting any spoilers as I want to give other people the opportunity to watch it, but I was thoroughly disappointed and bored to death watching the first episode. Usually we (the wife and I) give a show three chances - the first 3 episodes, but I'm going to struggle to make it past episode 1. I loved Breaking Bad so maybe my hopes were too high. I get the numbers ones maybe 70% of the time, I reckon I could do better if I actually had a pen and paper in front of me like the contestants do, as it is I just do the best I can in my head. If I cant get the answer I'm usually only a few off. I do ok at the letter games, but usually either break even or do slightly worse than the contestants - again, may do better with a pen and paper.

I'm not buying into the whole media hype with some comparing it to the best shows in the history of television, but it is starting to become entertaining. The latest puke-fest reality TV show we have to put up with getting the ad's played 60 times a day for - "I'm a Celebrity- get me out of here!".:(:mad:
Well guess what? You are not much of a f'ing celebrity if you have to go on one of these shows! It means you are a c-lister celebrity at best who will do anything to get back on TV, including degrading yourself and making yourself looking like a total tosspot .
I hate reality tv with a passion (in case you couldn't tell) but the celebrity ones in particular sicken me. Like "Celebrity Rehab". They are so desperate to reclaim some imagined former glory they will parade their problems in front of the world. Even though I would never do it personally, at least I can understand unknown folk doing these reality shows as its probably their only chance to ever get a tiny taste of being well known.
What is really sickening with this particular show is that Merv Hughes is on it . C'mon Big Merv - you are a former Aussie Cricketer and a freakin legend! What the hell are you doing on a show like this?!?! You should be better than that mate!

The UK version, which has been going for 14 years (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I%27m_a_Celebrity...Get_Me_Out_of_Here!_%28UK_TV_s eries%29) (there are a lot of "former" roles listed next to the names of those people), is basically an attempt to relaunch a career or are desperately short of money and need some sort of attention/employment.
Speaking of bad reality TV... I've been noticing a fair bit lately on American unscripted TV shows (like COPS, those Tow-truck shows, Judge Judy, etc), a lot of regular citizens are starting to pronounce "ask" and "asked", as "aks" - like, "I aks him where he was". It's like some lazy pronunciation making its way into regular Western vernacular, which will filter into Australia eventually, like everything else in American culture.

Watched both episodes. Without spoiling for others, I find it a bit frustrating that some of the collections are quite ordinary. There was a collector who have been collecting for only a few years & it definitely showed. I'm sure there are more worthy collections in the USA / Canada to showcase on this show. Some collections, however, are totally mind blowing.
I'll say it again. Monetary appraisals have little meaning to me on this show. Collectors who enjoy 'playing' with their collection almost always hurts their appraisal value.

Thunderbirds are Go looks great and captures the vibe of the original perfectly. The new ships are perfect with a slight update. Toys are apparently coming as well (http://fanderson.org.uk/gerryandersonnews/2015/01/tracy-island-toy-unveiled/).

I normally avoid watching South Park, but I was crossing past the channel on the way to something else last night and something caught my attention that had me watching the rest - it was an episode about trying to stop Disney from taking over Star Wars and ruining it (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obama_Wins!). The funny thing was seeing the Star Wars vehicles being used by Mickey Mouse, and having the Ties and AT-TEs patrolling the Disneyland park... as if they were real. It was funny because sometimes the Disney corporation feels like the galactic empire, taking over everything (Marvel, Pixar, Star Wars)... it won't be long before they control the world and need a clone army to run things. :p

Yay... the Checkout (on the ABC) was renewed for a third season, and will return to TV "in a little over a month", according to an email reply from them.
:D
The show returns tonight... for those who are fans.

Spent a good chunk of my weekend watching Daredevil on Netflix. It was great. Was a bit unsure going in but they pulled off a really good Daredevil story and I'd say the most satisfying TV adaptation of a comic book ever. A top quality production in all areas, that makes Agent of Shield look bland and childish in comparison.
Really looking forward to Aka Jessica Jones (adapted from the comic book Alias that I thought was great) later this year

You know, I've tried to not be so cynical about TV shows, so I was kinda excited to give the new "The Odd Couple" show a a chance. It was an immensely popular show way back in the day and they have remade it with Matthew Perry from Friends and whatshisname from Reno 911 - both actors I have found decently amusing in the past.
But sadly we have got yet another completely predictable sitcom :(. The scenarios are tired and cliched, the characters are completely one-dimensional and when they act out-of-character it comes across as staged rather than genuine character growth. Every episode has proved predictable from the first rehashed one-liner
Haven't been this disappointed with a sitcom since Shatner's Sh*t my Dad Says. Not that these are the worst sitcoms on TV - just they are ones I thought had the potential to be good yet turned into yet more ongoing crapfests

While I've only watched the first episode so far, I would agree with your assessment.

That Collectors show from the ABC is having re-runs at about 5am, from the 2011 season.
It's a shame that one of the earlier hosts ended up being in the media spotlight for his arrest over child porn in 2010 (http://www.theaustralian.com.au/life/weekend-australian-magazine/the-collector/story-e6frg8h6-1226481941444), as it may mean that we'll never see any of those earlier seasons again, which included two Transformers collections. :(
(the show itself pretty much died after that too because of him)

Can't wait for this (Dark Matter) (https://youtu.be/1TqwBlTQfTg) show to start. It was an awesome comic and I've followed the writer for a very long time. Since he worked on stargate :D
(I think this trailer might not have any vfx done for it really yet, meant to be a better one out soon).

Ooops, that link I included tells me that it is only viewable to subscribers... yet I got it from a google search and was able to view it. (so much for their subscription service if google can get around it for free)
I'll have to remember to not risk using any links to articles on the Australian. :o
Here's one that should work (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Muirhead).
From that link...
June 2010 - Arrested (within 2 hours of dowloading files that were part of a sting operation - and found to have downloaded over 12,400 illegal images (http://www.news.com.au/national/former-abc-collectors-host-muirhead-pleads-guilty-to-child-porn-and-remanded-in-custody/story-fndo4eg9-1226439355701) in the previous 16 months, keeping 900 of the images on his computer*)
Feb 2011 - Pleaded not-guilty to first Magistrate hearing
Aug 2011 - Second Magistrate hearing
Mar 2012 - Pleaded not-guilty to third Magistrate hearing
Jul 2012 - Changes plea to Guilty and remanded to prison until sentencing (finally convinced that he couldn't win if he fought the charge)
Oct 2012 - Sentenced to 10 months, with a minimum term of 5 months due to time already served. Plus $5000 bond for 3-year good behaviour period.
Feb 2013 - Out after 4 months, meeting certain conditions.
That took almost 3 years... such a speedy and efficient justice system we have in Australia.
* The article on the Australian website actually goes into more detail here, suggesting that he was pleading not-guilty, because he was claiming that they weren't downloaded for any erotic/sexual/perverted reasons, and had psychological reports to "prove" it. It also claims that it only started out from searching the internet for unusual things for his weekly radio show in the previous year, but then when he started coming across weird sexual stories and images, his curiosity led him to file-sharing sites and downloading thousands of all sorts of porn, which included the fetish and illegal stuff.
But the point is that no matter how he came across the illegal stuff, or even how much he didn't keep after he got the images, he still kept 876 illegal images, which is 876 too many in the eyes of the Law.
And the Law on that doesn't take into account what the motivation is, or if there was a lack of any perverted motivation.
At least he saw the futility in trying to fight the charge, because no matter what evidence he had or justification, he was guilty of that particular Law.... a Law that is written so that there is NO grey area for perverts to exploit it.

Well I watched Charlie Pickerings new show - "The Weekly"
I quite like Charlie - plus he is a TF fan! I used to have a mate that worked at the ABC canteen who filled me in on him, so one day when JJJ was broadcasting at the Melbourne Town Hall I took along my G1 Ultra Magnus and Megatron and he came down off stage to check them out during a song break - he was pretty enamoured with them :D
Sadly I cant say I was a massive fan of his first episode. It felt like a poor copy of MCCallefs Mad as Hell (which I loved!!!). Hopefully it will get better.
