i feel your pain mate....

i bought 2 on release... 1 to open and play with ( which i rarely do ) and 1 to keep sealed.

samething..... forever and a day to get it transformed right, and then the face plate thingy locks in place half way down. awesome!

i've now got 2 sealed.... too scared to try again! haha
