    I regret selling my animated collection, those were some good toys. Can't wait for season three to be released.

    It's about time. I look forward to finally having that missing piece to the DVD puzzle.

    I've been emailing them about the benefit of having a world first release of that for about 3 years, with them snubbing me each time (not even a reply to say no), and it's as easy as a post on facebook?

    I can understand being on Hasbro's blacklist (depending on who I'm dealing with), but I've never done anything against Madman to be on their blacklist.

    Over the past few years Madman has really dropped it's customer service ball. Unless you post to Facebook now, you probably won't get a response.

    I get that feeling with a lot of companies now, they focus so much on social media that more traditional (hah, email is traditional) forms of communication are being neglected.
