This is the sort of thing Hasbro should do for the 30th Anniversary at BotCon next year, which would have required it to be at Rhode Island for them to be able to display the contents of their vaults without costing too much in transport.
The last time we had a fairly complete collection on display was BotCon 2004, which was done more for the "finale" BotCon than the 20th Anniversary of Transformers.

If this Chinese (event/convention?) was announced several months ago instead of just two months before it occurred, I just might have considered going to this for just a couple days... and it would have been worth it to see all that in person.

Nice to see they followed the Gunpla museum concept.

That "Pre-Transformers" case photo had my jaw ajar!

Truly a stunning museum quality effort, a logistical nightmare this entire display must've been & I'd like to applaud all those involved!
(Sorry Griffin, I just don't think Hasbro/FunPub could ever hope to pull off something as grand as this for Botcon - I hope they do, I just wouldn't count on it )

Yep, I was looking for the most expensive display and thought the "Pre-Transformers" would win.

As far as I know all of the figures are from fan collection and the fans helped (voluntarily) setting up the display.

Collecting Transformers (or anything for that matter) is still sort of a luxury hobby over in China due to relatively lower living standards. A lot of people that can afford to "collect" (as opposed to "buy casually") are rich. I've seen some wicked wicked collection in China.
