my vote: Frank Welker
While I idolised Leonard Nimoy, it was largely for Star Trek and I think including him in the Transformers Hall of Fame this year would lessen the value of his nomination and also the Hall of Fame. He did do Iconic work, but it was for two characters.

without Frank Welker there probably wouldn't still be transformers.
