You've entered the very same Dilemma as I did upon joining the boards Arcee , your eyes are suddenly opened to the truly expansive and seemingly bottomless depths the Transformers Mythology goes to and the part of catching up is quite a daunting one.

Prime is definitely something you should checkout, but only after Beast Wars.
