I need to vent!

Seeriously how dumb are some people! I was at central with my gf today as we were having some lunch before we meet up with one of our mates. So this guy comes over asking for change, after he leaves I tell the cleaner and he says hes a regular that keeps coming back but he gave me phone number to call security and so I called them. Well the transit police came but by then the guy had left but well 15 minutes later the guy comes back asking people for more money so I call them up again, they come racing over and escort him out of central I told the transit cops that he was asking minors for cash as well and the guy death stares me.

Then after that some kid comes up asking for change and I say to him I wouldn't transit cops will come over and get ya, he becomes all smart ass and says yeah what are they going to do to me, I tell him throw you out of here slap a ban on you and if you come back you go to lock up more then likely. He then threatens me and I said enough's enough and call the security again and give a vague discription of the kid to them.

Seriously can't they see that you are eating is it some sort of trap they like to play like seriously wtf! So any one else had encounters with people they really don't like or situations like this that they can offer advice on?
