F'ing brilliant! Going away to Mildura for a night to try and get me away from all the stress I've been under due to work and my parents passing. And what happens on the way? Despite driving slightly under the speed limit the whole way, going through some tiny piss-ant town I missed a sign that said for 500m it was 50km, not 80km, and I get a massive F'ing speeding ticket!
Yeah, my stress levels are right down thus far
The copper even fully believed I did it by accident, and dropped the fine down to doing over 10km over rather than 25km, but that's still 4 demerit points and a $250 fine
If he acknowledges it was unintentional then why the hell not just let me off with a warning?!
