We had?!? Dude, Australia never got Targetmaster Cyclonus, Scourge, Hot Rod, Blurr or Kup either! But yeah, those Targetmaster characters never came out in Japan (hence why you don't see these characters as Targetmasters in The Headmasters (and indeed Rodimus, Blurr and Kup bugger off after a couple of eps and we never hear of them again).
