He's the direct rival to Ginrai (retool of Powermaster Optimus Prime). Both are Godmasters/Powermasters, but of course Overlord comes with two Godmaster engines whereas Ginrai/Optimus Prime has one. Both toys have base modes. Overlord can divide into two vehicles, but Ginrai's cab can combine with the trailer to form Super Ginrai (which in turn can combine with Godbomber to become God Ginrai)

Toywise Omega Supreme doesn't have a 'direct nemesis' as the figure was brought over from a different pre-Transformer toy (Mechabot-1) whereas Overlord and Ginrai were specifically designed for Transformers. Canonically Omega Supreme's rival would be Devastator.

They can be. One person's pairings can differ to anothers, according to what media you followed more - comic, cartoon, toy catalogue/year of release, etc...

They did fight Devastator in Transformers: The Movie, and the G2 Constructicon advertisement, but other than that, I can't actually recall them having much to do with him.

On the other hand, Omega Supreme and Devastator are the 'big robots' of series two. The Constructicons are definitely Omega's nemesis in the cartoon, where they were his best friends who betrayed him, and he pursued them across the galaxy for millions of years. In the comics, Omega Supreme was built to be the Autobots' defense against Devastator. Plus Devvy and Omega came out in the same year and had the same number of Robot Points (6 each).
