He's the direct rival to Ginrai (retool of Powermaster Optimus Prime). Both are Godmasters/Powermasters, but of course Overlord comes with two Godmaster engines whereas Ginrai/Optimus Prime has one. Both toys have base modes. Overlord can divide into two vehicles, but Ginrai's cab can combine with the trailer to form Super Ginrai (which in turn can combine with Godbomber to become God Ginrai)Originally Posted by Autocon

Toywise Omega Supreme doesn't have a 'direct nemesis' as the figure was brought over from a different pre-Transformer toy (Mechabot-1) whereas Overlord and Ginrai were specifically designed for Transformers. Canonically Omega Supreme's rival would be Devastator.
