A very important rule of working out: listen to your body. Overdoing it will only set you back in the long run.

It so distressing to see attractive women stripping down to bare minimum clothing.
there's a point where blind OHS rules have to give way to OHS Logic, get ye some fans and stir up the air a little. Even a hand full of small desk fans would be pretty cheap for your work and cost less than all the lost performance otherwise.

It's the humidity that makes it so damn unbearable - give me dry heat over it any day.
In Brissy over Christmas and the heat that got us was definitely the humid heat.

Beats unloading a shipping container any day of the week.
Giant steel box, 40+ degree days & zero circulation. Never again.

Oh yeah! - I here you man, tasted Bundabergian summer temps - I don't know how our Banana-bending brethren deal with it!

Had to reorganise and re-stack about 45x 8.5m lengths of timber weighing about 30kg each within a shipping container just before Xmas - Agreed, never again as those things are friggin' death traps!

i used to do that when i was younger working for arnott's. they had a policy that if it hit 38 outside we could go home but if its 38 outside then it'd be 50+ on the inside. it's really weird up here atm. at this time of year we are sweating like pigs and sitting in ball soup but it's been really really nice here. not even sweating.

Melbourne is expecting to reach 44C today.

With A/C still not functioning in the office building, the company have come to the party by bringing in electrical fans. Supposively, the A/C will be fixed by the end of the week, by which time, the heat wave will have passed.

I think my weather app is busted. It says it's only 26º here at Carlingford. What a load of crap, I'm sweltering even with the air con on in my train cab.

Not the worst fail from that app though. My dad took a screenshot of his saying it was snowing in Dapto

4th day in a row here in the 40's - so sick of friggin watering everything! But I missed one of the few new tree's I don't have on a dripper system and its nearly dead so no choice but to press forward I guess if I don't want everything to die. The good news is that they are predicting that where I am it will go down from the 40's to only 39 on Saturday
