'twas a very sad night tonight as I started cleaning my table up. I'm four weeks into uni and need to start doin' some work before i drastically fall behind. After a lot of hard choices, Henkei Megatron bid farewell and went into stasis lock seeing as he'd been on my table for over five months now .But he didn't leave quietly.

I also dissembled a bunch of recent lego and categorised them into a tub from which I hope to start making Lego Transformers soon.

Of the cut, only Animated Cybertron Prime and Blackarachnia made the cut and haven't been forced into the dark squish confines of plastic boxes.

I think it's reaffirmed to me that as interesting as the Animated Toys are, they just don't cut it for me. They really do have to be exceptional as I'm far more a traditionalist. These are fine but I'd rather be playing with more classic styled Transformers like Classics or Cybertron. Heck, I'd prefer the movie line a bit more even though there there were very few good figures.

I think it's right but not sure since Demonac mentioned it awhile back but I only started fiddling around with them. I think Bruticus looks better than Superion as the double arms don't hold together on Superion and can become quite noticeable. But the disadvantage of Bruticus is his hands can't hold weapons whereasSuperion can but unfortunately very few weapons short of Vector Primes weapons fit in snugly

I just had a look through Reprolabels... they don't have repro stickers for Thunderclash unfortunately. :( Machine Wars Optimus Prime's stickers are similar though (particularly for the cab robot) - IMO they look better than Thunderclash's, e.g.: the chest sticker has a darker blue. Colour-wise I think MW Prime looks a lot nicer than Thunder "King of Pastel" Clash. ;p (but Thunderclash is the nicer toy overall)

Yeah, took me a whole day to make the prime. Shame I lost it when I moved my home last year, I think I will make another one when I have time. I used A4 paper to print it, about 10cm tall.

Those are no good because they are repaints. We will have to wait for the real legends Bumblebee to be released so we can see if it fits into his Pretender shell.

I really love that Galvatron pic, just like Time Wars. He just needs a "I beat them all!" speech bubble photoshopped in.

Also small he may be but he looks just right next to the Tripple Changers, the way Megatron and even more so Onslaught tower of the Tripple Chanagers bothers me even more than Galvatrons size.

heres a couple you might enjoy theres a whole stack more. But heres what happened about 3 years ago i left my Spiderman Pez at my mates place and later that day i got an email from him with a picture of the Spiderman Pez with tape over his mouth because he had been taken "hostage".

Anyway there were few more picture email's sent between us because of this "hostage" situation and that Unicron was gonna come get Spidey back, about a week had passed during this time so the the following weekend i got one of his housemates to let me into the house and in turn grabbed his Evangalion for my hostage:D

I can't help but like the old Nightbeat as a much better toy. That Energon mold of new Nightbeat is inferior to toys in lines that predate it by years and it has even less playability than G1 Nightbeat. However his new paint decos and detailing are very nice despite my issue with the mold.

Couldn't pose them much since they are both pretty much bricks even if one toy is like 18 years older than the other!

Ha ha, yeah he's a bit top heavy is ol' Powerglide. :p No tricks though. I had a window open nearby while shooting and I was worried he'd topple. Its all about counter balancing though.

He's done it again! Absolutely a delight on the eyes. I've managed to get Powerglide onto that tippy toes pose once. Onslaught's a lot easier I found. They do look great. The group poses are perfect though, you hide the deficiencies in size of the figures so well while giving each character personality! An absolute delight.

And my personal prference is for Skyfire to have no helmet, I think it's oversized but that's still a great pic.
