    Gah, also sorry to hear this mate. There are some real nasty pieces of work in the workplace at times.

    I keep getting people coming to my desk asking for instant assistance with their IT problems eg. just now:

    Dude: Ugh, I really need your help with this
    Me (fixing someone else's problem via remote access): Okay but I'm currently in the middle of helping blah. Can you please log the job in our IT System as per the required procedure?
    Dude: How do I do that (this guy has been here for 4+ years)
