Fortunately, the parcel was pending delivery from their warehouse, so BBTS was able to correct the shipping address on it. The representative I emailed was quite apologetic about it since that was the 2nd issue I had with that Pile of Loot. The 1st issue was that they didn't have two Collector grade items (a carded Kubrick R2-D2 and a TRU Animated Arcee) which was in my POL even though I pre-ordered them ages ago.
So, how did BBTS respond? My understanding is that the 'Shipping Address' on the My Account page may not be the one on your viewable order if the order pre-exists the change of shipping address.
