Cheers guys; he's currently in a semi-conscious state at the Royal North Shore, he simply wants to "go" though... to be honest I'm not surprised by this, nor can I blame him.

Whatever happens, I just hope it's as painless as possible.

I had an uncle who departed 'on his own terms' earlier this year after his asthma/allergies and Parkinsons became unbearable.

There is only so much you can do.

organising payment for something i ordered over the net and found paypal to be the way to go, but, I am find all the verification of cards and such both cumbersome and outright annoying.

the reloadable cards for use on the net for purchases are a good idea but they take a while to update and I find them generally cumbersome. Have attached one to the paypal thing but waiting for verification. Painful. With computers it should take only seconds.

thoughts? experiences?

Did you have to scan documents and that sort of thing? Yeah, it can take a few days.
