Whilst I applaude you for your ever increasing range of Transformers toys, you need to have them up for (pre-) order sooner. Otherwise, as in this case, I have gone with another online seller.

Transbots- Apolloyon - Advised it left china today via EMS so hopefully will get here early august.

CW Ultra-magnus- pre orders being filled this week after our shipment arrived monday.

Trypticon- There are still oustanding orders to be filled, we advised the shipment is overdue to port but it can't be much longer as they are over due.
they will be priority dispatch once they come in much like brakeneck and quickslinger was.


sdcc Combiner Hunters- received half the shipment today, and have started dispatch. the other half will be here by end of week, they are already in aus, but the australia post contractor cannot apparently put PC deliveries in his van as we take up 90 percent of his run he was telling me last week.

I only ask because the recent MP11-SW Skywarp was a Hasbro Asia Exclusive and came double taped because Chinese language instructions were added after the products left the factory. This may also be the case for Thundercracker if you are sourcing via Hasbro Asia. Otherwise, if you are sourcing direct from Japan then I would imagine they will come MISB as usual.

Because we use australia post for china shipments it can take a week to get all 100 here as they contractor only brings a few boxes to us each day on the run. From what I can see on their fb page preorders start at 830pm and are limited to 1 per person. Get to their site before 830pm, load up the TC page and refresh to your heart's content I guess. I hope this helps.

in the end I was very lucky and the courier arrived just as I was leaving for work.

it looks to me like transdirect is some sort of umbrella courier company that then subcontracts to other courier companies. I recall a post someone else made saying that Premium Collectables were instructing the courier company to deliver again with no charge.
You might be able to get PC to redirect the courier to your work or another address I'm not sure.

Hey 5FDP, I had the same issue. My card also read "NO REDELIVERY OR REDIRECTION WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM TRANSDIRECT".

The card has the necessary details for you to re-book delivery online (or arrange collection). I went ahead and requested a second delivery with authorisation to drop off without signature. Received it the next day.

Later this morning, I received an email from the courier company. I printed it out and I was able to pick it up from a newsagent a few suburbs over, after a short argument with the owner because I didn't have the card (going home first from work wasn't an option).

When I got home, I found out that the card was left in the letterbox so obviously the courier never even went to the front door.

Anyway, none of this is PC's fault and on that note, the item was in great condition and very well packed. I just wish I didn't have to deal with couriers.

I received an email with the tracking number. It was overnight delivery and the package was delivered by Couriers Please if that helps.

You may be able to see if the courier can leave the item at your local Auspost depot. I believe that may be an option. You could possibly contact TransDirect directly and ask.

the courier transdirect are particularly difficult to deal with directly, it's much better to go through PC from my experience. Do you have a family member who can receive parcels at work?

at 8.32 there were already 30 of each in customers shopping carts.

what can happen though as the item is held in quarantine while you shop for about 10 mins. so it may drop out or if you remove it it goes back into the allocation pool.


So from everything we have looked at recently. pre orders can be a a little bit of luck after the first 2 mins of our offers that are a little limited.

this time it was 30 units of each.

our next round will be alot larger than this based on demand for our services now.

If you are new customers it would also be advisable to register an account with us first so your delivery info is pre filled so the checkout process is quicker.

again though were overwhelmed by the support.

Can I just get a little clarification on how items drop out of a cart? I had Shockwave in my cart, was logged in, was inputting my credit card details and by the time I hit process it came back and said Shockwave was out of stock. Shouldn't it be that once you are at the payment processing screen your order is locked in?
